We are project managers, not architects and because we operate independently we are free to choose the right partners for our clients. As a result we can appoint a team of first class professionals and trades with your unique needs and requirements in mind.

We can insure all building works, look after Health & Safety, VAT on new builds and Class Q, work with and run clients own contractors.

Fees & Costs

We can work on either an hourly rate or fixed fee basis, depending on the type of project you commission us for.
